  • Your Medical Records: We collect them from your laboratory or you can upload them so that we can provide you access.
  • Device Identifiers: In order to send you push notifications via Google Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification Services, we keep a record of your device identifiers.
  • Debug Information: You can optionally provide feedback about our app or services from our mobile app. In case, you do so, we also collect your device id, make of your device and your usage logs of our app so that we can debug the problem faced by you. Providing this information is completely voluntary and you can choose not to do so.

  • We are not in the business of selling or renting your information.
  • We never store your password and use industry standard cryptographic hashing mechanisms to check your password validity.
  • We do not share mobile number with any third party except for communicating with you.
  • Based on your health records, we may send you few health tips.

  • Humans do not monitor or view your personal information as a rule. To service you better, we may run analytical software to provide appropriate health tips to you.
  • Sharing your medical reports is completely voluntary and at your discretion.
  • We need to share your information with service providers to fulfill your product or service requests, including sales, delivery and support requests.
  • We believe it is necessary to investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service, to enforce the Terms of Service, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or potential threats against persons, property or the systems on which we operate the Service.
